Gabrio Bini is a living legend in the natural wine circle based on the island of Pantelleria, just off the coast of Sicily. His wines are aged in Amphora and left unfined and unfiltered, with no additions.

Serragghia Rosato is a blend of both red and white grapes and Zibbibo wine is his most sought-after wine. It's not only aged in terracotta Amphora for seven months but taken from 60-year-old bush vines found up high on the island.
